Shabbat Services are held on Friday evenings at 6:00 pm and on Saturday mornings at 9:30 am, unless otherwise noted in the bulletin or on the calendar.

Newcomers and visitors are welcome at either service.

One of the pluses of attending services at Temple Israel is that, because we are a small congregation, almost everyone who attends can get an aliyah, an honor, or the opportunity to do an English reading.

Would you like to read in English or Hebrew at a Friday night or Saturday morning service? Have an aliyah? Open the Ark? Lift or wrap the Torah? Chant the kiddush on Friday night?

Please let the Rabbi know. We are eager to broaden our base of participation.

Connect virtually with us via Zoom for Services

Temple Israel uses an online meet-up platform called Zoom. This allows us to use our devices (computers, tablets, and phones) to connect over the internet and see the service on our screen!

Our Zoom sessions are password-protected. This is meant to keep our community safe from “trolls” while worshipping online.

There are two ways to find the password for our Zoom sessions. First, the password will be included in our weekly newsletter. Sign up here. Second, you can always find the password by emailing our office.

For login instructions and digital support, please send us a message.
